I have to say that I have not been impressed with Elle's customer service. They were pretty impersonal and not what I would call friendly. For the price, I expected much better service.

I have to say that I have not been impressed with Elle's customer service. They were pretty impersonal and not what I would call friendly. For the price, I expected much better service.
Elle's offers massage, pedicures and manicures, body wraps, and more. They are one of few in the area, but I had a better experience with Easthill Massage (though they havent branched out as far as Elle's yet).
I would recommend Elle if you have the money and really want an atmosphere approach, but if you want the personality, etc, I would try somewhere else.

Valley Childrens Clinic
The only reason that this is not a 5 star rating is because of one dr in their clinic (Please see review about Dr. Richter). If it wasnt for that, this is a SUPERB office.

The only reason that this is not a 5 star rating is because of one dr in their clinic (Please see review about Dr. Richter). If it wasnt for that, this is a SUPERB office.
The office staff is always kind and helpful. They are never degrading, they return calls, make appts as soon as they can get you in, and are kind.
There are numerous Drs in this clinic. My children have been seen by Dr. D Christopher and Dr. M. Anderson, whom I feel are the best Drs I have seen. They are not overly cautious, yet listen to your concerns actively. They care about the kids, sitting down and talking to them. I was referred to Dr Christopher by 7 different people who loved him and his staff, and then I found Dr Anderson when he was too busy. I can almost always get in on the day I call to see one of these two fine drs! I entrust them with my childrens lives without a problem.
Also in the clinic are Dr. Rio, Dr. German, and Dr. Morse. My children have seen each of them one time, so not enough to make a determination, however I have heard great things about them as well, and my contact with each of them was pleasant.

Do not hesitate to take your child to Valley Childrens Clinic. Your children will get the best that they deserve!

Unfortunately an excellent Childrens Clinic (Valley Childrens Clinic), in my opinion, is tarnished having this dr serving their clientele.
I saw Dr. Richter with my 6mo old son to see if he had an ear infection. In the time that I was in her office she had me in tears telling me how awful of a parent I was for breastfeeding my son, for that being his main source of nutrition. She told me he HAD to be eating 3 meals a day (Someone hasnt read the AAP recommendations). Dr. Richter followed that by telling me I should not co sleep with my son, it was doing him long term harm. It just went down hill fromthere.
I am not the only one that feels this way, the same people that referred me to VCC, told me they had had a similar experience with Dr. Richter. If I had gone in because my son wasnt eating, or because he wasnt sleeping well, then *maybe* these topics coming up would have been justified, but it had nothing to do with why I was there, and it was bad information for a dr to be giving.
I have let ONE of my children be seen by Dr. Richter, ONE time, and that was enough for a lifetime. There are too many other great drs in that clinic!

Easthill Massage Clinic has a variety of offerings from Body Wraps and facials to Massages. I have heard great things about the other employees there, but my experience has been with Christle. Christle does Deep Muscle Therapy. Many insurances do accept her treatments.
Christle has been treating my husband and I for over 3 yrs now. She has helped me through a pregnancy (yes pregnancy massage), post partum, and some injuries.
Again, she does DEEP tissue massage, so when you leave, the feeling continues, instead of just feeling good while it's going on and that's it.
I highly recommend EMC, and especially Christle. Also, she accept competitors coupons!!

I am reviewing 3 of the Drs at Overlake O&G (whom also have an office in Lynnwood).
Dr. Paley...He delivered my second son. He was a very fun and personable dr. Had great bedside manner and was very caring. While I did not see him for Prenatal care, I would have without a doubt.
Dr Van Kiesel..She delivered my third son, with complications during pregnancy. Again, very personable. She took any precautions that were needed and stayed by my side until she knew all was ok.
Dr. Michael Lawler is whom I had the most experience with. I was referred to him by a friend and saw him for the care of all 3 of my pregnancies (as wella s his wonderful nurses Meg and Becky--the best nurses around!). I had 3 complicated pregnancies, pre term labor, cholestasis, Hypertension, etc. Dr Lawler amazed me by never taking chances, even if it was a small one. His concern was obvious for both my self and my babies. I was very nervous in many instances and he just reassured me. He has a very very pleasant bedside manner, soft spoken and very polite. He was always welcoming to both my husband and myself. He did necessary testing, but explained the reasons. I entrusted myself and my babies to his care and I am glad I did. I honestly, am not sure that baby #3 would have made it had it not been for his care.
My phone calls were ALWAYS returned, I was ALWAYS taken seriously and NEVER brushed off!
It's a hard practice to get into, and there is a reason. They are all state of the art Drs! I would have seen #1 and 2 without a blink, but I was very happy with #3. If you are looking for someone to entrust the lives of you and your baby with, Ihighly recommend one of these 3, and cant say enough good things about Lawler, Meg, and Becky.

Dr. Anderson has been treating my family for 5 yrs now. He has treated 2 of my sons since they were 1 wk old. His office is extremely friendly and layed back. After your initial appoinment, it's done on a walk in basis. Sometimes that means you have to wait awhile, but normally it means you walk in and get an adjustment. I have seen 4 chiropractors in the area, and he is by far the best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Krafts for 8yrs now. She is by far, the most persnable and capable dr I have ever had. She isnt afraid to admit she doesnt know and refer you to someone who will. She isnt afriad to run the tests that need to be done.
Everyone in my family has seen Dr. Kraft. The only reason my children dont anymore is because it is a 45min drive from us, too long for an ear infection :) But when their ped is full and I need them in, they still visit Dr Kraft. However, I am willing to drive the 45mins for my issues!
Dr Kraft is a dr that comes in, sits down, LISTENS, and when she thinks you are done she asks if there is anything else before walking out of the room. I see her for Bipolar problems which she helps me keep under control, as well a Thyroid, but she has referred me out at times that it has gone beyond her scope.
The staff in her office has always been wonderful as well. Sometimes I wish their return phone calls were a bit more efficient, but other than that, I have nothing but good things to say about them!
Looking for a Bellevue Dr, definitely Dr Kraft!

Pacific Edge has been the photographer that the Covington Community Center uses for their photos. I have been pleased with maybe one picture.
My experience has been that they do not have the ability to take the time that children need in pictures to get them smiling, they just snap and move on to the next.
They have problems taking team photos in focus. The last two of my sons teams were both out of focus (but the trees were good and in focus), the team pictures in the sun have all of the kids squinting, if they'd just move them up 2 feet, theyd have the light from teh sun, but the shade from the tent.
I dont even bother to pay anymore, I just take my own photos, but I know some people use them for family photos, etc..... their are better amateurs out there in my opinion!
