Shaped in a tin foil muffin wrapper, this infamous 'chocolate oblivion' is hand made for all of those chocolate lovers out there. But I must warn you this delectable creation is very chocolately rich!

Word of advice to business owners, when you have an employee that promises customers one price but it turns out that it is not correct, I believe you should stick to that price as long as it is reasonable. I have been a long time customer of Inglewood Family Dentistry. So when I had to replace my night guard which was wearing thin they are who I called. The receptionist promised me that it would be covered by my insurance plan and I would not have to pay out of my pocket. When I received the bill I had noticed that they had charged a different price than the one they had told me. Well naturally I called to let them know that there had been a mistake and I was over charged. They ended up firing the receptionist because she was also telling other customers false information. Although I sympathized with their situation I expected them to stick by their original price. To make a long story short they did not take responsibility for their employee and I ended up having to pay money out of my own pocket. My anger did not come from having to pay the money (only a little) but it was about the principle of the matter that bothered me the most. During the conversations about this issue with his office, I was told that the dentist could not wave anymore fees. What I want to know is how do they determine which fees to wave? Well it obviously has nothing to do with customer loyalty. In addition of my long standing business, I also recommended them to my family which brought in new business. So I ended up paying for something was wasn't suppose to cost me anything but I did later find out that you can buy night guards at the drugstore for a lot cheaper then what I had to pay for mine.

Yes. You should see this movie based on the chemistry alone! The critics were right when they said that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt heat up the big screen. The intense sexual scenes between the two might have some guessing that Brad did not leave Jen just because. In my opinion, that reason can be seen in the nearest theater near you. With all of the rumors about whose shacking up with whom put aside, I would recommend seeing this movie. My only suggestion would be that they add about 10 to 15 minutes more of the ordinary daily lives of the double agents before they go into the rest of the action packed movie. I think that this would give the audience more of an attachment towards the characters and their marriage.

For everyone who has watched the movie Hitch please warn your friends so they will not have to sit through this movie wondering when their funny bone is going to kick in. This movie was not terrible nor was it boring, it just did not live up to the expectations that the previews created for it. I expected to have a good laugh with Kevin James’ character Albert or at least some fun with Will Smith’s character when the movie claimed he had lost his mojo after meeting Eva Mendes’ character Sara. This movie just did not do it for me. “It” meaning the entertainment factor. I personally would not recommend it to someone if they are looking for a comedy because it just does not make the cut for that category. But by all means please do not just take my word for it because there are some good parts. Word of advice…if this movie was still in the theaters, I would say that it is definitely a rental.

'Million Dollar Baby' is the kind of movie that you can only watch when you are in a certain mood. A mood that requires slow movement slow results. This movie, although was good,did not deserve to win 'best picture.' This movie is the kind of movie that needs to be watched when you are not expecting any action or great dialogue. It definitely needs to be rented along with another movie because when you finish watching it, you'll start to crave an action flick. All in all, you should give it a chance because I might have watched it when I was not in 'that' mood so my judgment might have been skewed.

Almost half way through the film I questioned if the writers were trying to portray it as a artsy film. I think that the dialog alone would have pushed it over the edge into the 'artsy' category but by selling it as a mainstream film instead of an independent, low budget film it wasn't as 'artsy' as it could have been. Also by having high profile actors instead of no-namers put more pressure on the film. But hands down to Natalie Portman and Clive Owen for their versatile acting abilities that made me forget their portrayal of previous characters from their previous films. I recommend that you give this movie a shot because it is not predictable nor boring.

Going to get your eyes checked is not something that people look forward to. Therefore it should be easy, comfortable and a somewhat enjoyable experience. At least that is how I have always felt after getting my eyes checked, until I decided to go to Davis Optical X-press in the University District. This place has been known to make their customers feel underappreciated and frustrated, and believe it or not it was the first Davis Optical store that opened! Before I totally influence your opinion about this place, I want to be clear on what I am ranting about. The 'contact lens' section of the store is the problem, not the 'glasses' section of the store. I do not want to send the 'glasses' department any bad exposure because the people over at the 'contact lens' section cannot seem to keep their bad attitudes to themselves. Regarding my personal experience I had the unfortunate pleasure to visit this place more than once because this doctor did nothing in his power to help me find the kind of contacts that were right for me. Every time I had to go back, every time I wanted to cry. It seemed like I was bothering the receptionist anytime I asked a question or needed her help. The doctor's superior attitude makes you think that you are less of a person. There is only so much rudeness one can take. To get an objective view on this treatment, I asked a few friends to go to this place and to see how they were treated. Without surprise, I was not alone. I want to warn all of you who are in search of a decent optometrist to keep this place in mind and never go there unless you like being mistreated.

This light and perfect rendition of the tiramisu cake at QFC's bakery has caught my attention. For my sister's 25th birthday I wanted something that she liked. I opted for a tiramisu cake because I knew that she would enjoy it. I normally don't like tiramisu and would probably wouldn't have bought it myself, on my own, but I am thankful that I did. Most tiramisu desserts/cakes are drenched in liquor but this one was not. Every ingredient complemented the other. The frosting was slightly sweet but not so sugary that you would feel the need to brush your teeth afterward. The lady fingers were drizzled with the perfect amount of espresso, brandy and chocolate liquor. Chocolate shavings topped the cake off giving it not only a little something extra in the presentation but added to the taste as well. If you like tiramisu desserts or have never tried one but have wanted to try the one at QFC in the bakery department. It's a great choice for dessert if you are in the mood for something light and sweet but not sugary.
