yeah sort of a pain to drive way out there, its almost on the coast even though it has a stanwood address. but well worth it. the course is basically in the forest, lots of trees. The course also slopes and turns a lot, not open at all. But the scenery and conditions are great. Staff does a great job keeping the course up and are friendly. One guy though was a little rude last time I played, saying to hurry up. Good food in the clubhouse as well, cheap burgers.

ok its way overpriced. but hey its worth going once, just to see whats inside. they do flex and change the exhibits, and you get audio thing to help you on your tour. but really if your not a music fan its not worth going. occasional concerts are rated great cause of the acoustics. perfectly designed. oh and stay out of the ripoff gift shop. nothing unique, can find all of it elsewhere online

of of the top5 for sure tourist attractions in seattle, bring you out of town vistors, and locals every couple years. but...the gift shop is not good, lots of products but huge markups, mainly cause targeting to tourists. the restaurant on top is overated, not a good value at all. decent food, worth going once, especially if the boss or wife is paying. nice view of course

cons: dirty, loud, poor construction, less than ideal management. people put their garbage everywhere, slightly higher than market rents, lots of kids and familys here. loud at pool especially. boring landscape, in a wetlands.
pro: decent amount of parking, large apartments, decent location, right off 164th/hwy 99 not too far from freeway I-5.

newly remodeled, convient location on colby just north of downtown, a decent area of town. theres lots of places within walking distance which is great- bank, downtown, bars, etc. there a secured entrance. only negative is lack of parking, have to pay for a side lot, there is no convient on street parking nearby. solid value, slightly more than other places nearby, but well worth it.

ok, decent apartments, but slightly overpriced, but HUGE reason not to live here is lack of parking. almost zero guest parking, and you only get one spot per apt. also their guidelines for letting people in is suspect, theyve let in people with criminal records. there was also an identity theft ring operating out of here year or two ago! dumpsters are hidden, nice touch.
decent maintaince/upkeep looks nice.
located on bothell Everett hwy, west side of street.
