The best way to eat Renato’s is to go in and get a slice or two. If you order a pizza to be delivered, the crust is too soft. But when you stop in, they put the pizza in the oven and it crisps up the crust. They definitely make a decent slice. Not something I would make an effort to get a hold of, but something I would get if I were in the mood for pizza.

The slices at Pizza Brava are *huge*. They are more than 2 times the size of a Pagliacci slice. and I think the pizza has been steadily improving for that last few months. They usually reheat, so the crust ends up being pretty crispy. The pizza is fine, not so bad that it's not worth the deal. and, actually, after you've eaten there enough, it kind of grows on you.

My girlfriend and I took a visiting friend to Deception Pass State Park to camp. Even though it was right before July 4th weekend, we managed to find quite a few suitable camp sites. They have many sites with ample space and privacy, and all have a fire pit and a picnic table. The only problem was that the ground was a little hard, so it was tough to put up the tent.

This is a steal over both Kinkos and the public libraries. They are a bit understaffed, so you made need to wait a bit before getting helped. But everything is pretty self-explanatory anyway.

It wasn't too sweet and the lemon was very distinct. It's a great place to go with friends when you want to be a little luxurious. It's a bit pricey, but has the quality to back it up.

The best way to do Duke's is to go to their website and sign up for their email list. You automatically get a "buy one get one free coupon" *and* and free dinner on your birthday (that does not even require a purchase!). They also have half-price appetizers at their happy hours and reasonably-priced drinks.

Daniel's is ridiculously expensive. The smaller filet mignon is $36. A party of two won't get out of there spending less than $100, even if you go light on the alcohol and skip dessert. But that's not the way to do Daniel's. It's all the way or not at all. Get the filet. Get a salad. I don't like the chocolate-dipped strawberries filled with grand marnier, but get them anyway. You'll have to get a smaller apartment, maybe work a few extra weekends, but it will be worth it. From the crispy-crust-soft-insides bread to the incomparably tender and flavorful filet to the amazing service. Save up, get hungry, and tip well.

I really had high expectations for Glo's. Everyone says they love it and there's always a line. So my girlfriend and I braved the crowds, waited for 30 minutes, and finally got seated. The food was much worse than I expected. The french toast was thin and not particularly tasty and it was *so expensive*. I love breakfast food but I will definitely not return. Honestly, it's better, and cheaper, at Denny's and you can eat when you get there.

Okay, sometimes you have to psyche yourself up for the Pagliacci on Broadway. Okay, it's on Capitol Hill and the girls there are hot. But you have to brave it because the pizza is amazing. Crispy bottom, just the right amount of sauce, and the cheese is just gooey enough. Also, from 2pm to 5pm during the week, you get a free soda with two slices. Bring a book, bring your confidence, and bring your appetite.
