Located right across the street from the world famous Key West, The Westmont Apartments are a luxurious place to live for many young singles on the upper west side. There is a full service doorman and elevator and the apartments are very nice and well situated. The prices are not inexpensive, but are pretty standard for what is expected in that area given the full service amenities found there. It's a nice place to live - I don't know anyone who's been disappointed

The Metropolitan Museum of Art is a must-see for any resident or visitor to New York. The French Impressionist exhibit is my favorite, although there are many exhibits that I love to visit as well as temporary exhibits that rotate through. It is a lot of fun to see the Egyptian exhibit and to visit the Temple of Dendor. The gift shop is two floors and has lots of posters and art gifts, stationary, toys, and games.

They often have free shipping codes too as an added perk. I placed an order at the end of last week and it arrived over the weekend - pretty amazingly fast. I highly recommend shutterfly. They are the best!

Zazzle has a very fancy website with all kinds of cool designs you can choose for your t-shirts and mugs, etc. I was disappointed with the result I received - I sent a high resolution picture to be printed on a mug - and it came back so fuzzy you can't make out the faces. It's a shame, because the rest of the mug (aside from the picture) is very cute with a baby blue handle that I requested. Anyway, shipping was fast, prices were okay. I'd try them again!

They are a good organization if you like to run in groups of people because lots of people participate in their running events. One of the great benefits is free water. Mmm...free water.

I was so blown away by the excellent everything at this place that I just had to tell as many people as I could about it. They have an amazing selection of bagels, cream cheeses, spreads, salads, sandwiches and everything. The place is crowded but the service is fast. They even have low carb bagels - it's just a fantastic place. Mmm....everything was so good it was so hard to decide! I highly recommend making the trip to Long Island to find it - or better yet, stop in if you're in the area.

H and H is the place for bagels. Everyone knows that! They have hot delicious bagels in all kinds of different flavors. The only problem is that it smells so good, and you really want to have some right there, but there is not place to sit and they won't make you a sandwich. You can purchase cream chesse, etc. by the tub, but you have to go outside and make the sandwich for yourself. I still recommend doing it - Great bagels!

They have excellent coffee and that sandwich was mmmm! I think it had goat cheese and radiccio and portobello mushrooms on a yummy roll. Mmmmm! I highly recommend it!

Payard is a French Bistro and Patisserie that is thought throughout the land (the upper east land) to be the best pastry around. The restaurant is very good - moderate to expensive with classic french fare and pretentous waitstaff, and the pastry area is wonderful. Miranda on Sex and the City couldn't stay away either during her man-less chocolate obsession phase. It's definitely worth checking out and treating yourself or someone you love to one of their $85 chocolate cakes.
