Murphys is one of the larger Irish pubs in town. The menu is pretty much the same as any other pub but the service is good and there's always an open table. If you're in the wallingford area and just feel like having some food and a quick drink, or just want to read the papaer and kill some time murphys is a good choice. of course since its a pub theres almost always a game on and its probbaly too loud to relax as you get into the night

i think the best large capacity mp3 player available. with the dell jukebox offering the closes competition the ipod photo really has a monopoly on the portable mp3 market. The versatility and ease of use, mixed with the idiot proof itunes software and online music store, its really a great deal. i would reccomend it to anyone and have never been so happy to spend a few hundred dollars.

This is an amazing store to visit even if you dont need anything. Probably seattles best hardware store. Admitedly they don't have the best prices around, so if you just need some paint rollers head off to home depot. But if you're okay with used tools, furniture or the occasional appliance youre at the right place. The thing that makes hardwicks great is that they have EVERYTHING. from hand-carving tools to hard to find sculpture supplies. basically if its wierd and you have no idea where to go get it, head to hardwicks, and if they dont have it, it doesnt exsist.

great breakfast and brunch. not open for dinner so you need to come early. generally crowded on the weekend for breakfast and brunch so plan ahead. the menu has great specials. i like to get the chicken sausage omlette but theres always something new to try. the other deciding factor for me was that they have a great many choices for juice, and real juices, none of that minute made crap.

They'll make anything just the way you want it, which is great for me since they will make anything spicy. Of course they can reccomend a great bottle of wine to go with your meal. There is now parking or reservations so you have to come early and find a spot on cap hill, which is hard but totally worth it. you can always eat some bread with their homemade tapenade while you wait in the bar. dont miss this one

They claim to cater to alcoholics and they really do. the staff are 'friendly' and not adversed to making fun of you from time to time. it doesnt sound like it but its actually a happy place to go. they have a great 24 hour breakfast and strong, strong drinks until 2am. Additionally the mens room urinal (hole in the floor) had a view of the space needle to entertain you as you mind your task.

this is not your typical mexican. the food is truly excellent but a bit more gourmet and healthy from the run of the mill mexican joing. you wont find any refried beans here but the sides of pinto or black beans and spanish rice are great. the best thing to eat is the pork sandwhich. a great shredded pork with onions, truly amazing. there is a great deck looking over the canal so you can relax and get some sun when the weathers nice and eat some great food.

A great bar for frat parties. during the day the bar mellows out a bit and it becomes a fine place to watch a game of soccer and eat some soda bread with your chowder. a full service bar available all the time. at night however, especially thur, fri, sat, the bar is flooded with regulars from the various fraternities near by. This is certainly good for business and has a certain appeal. if thats your scene, if youre looking to pick someone up and have some cheap drink specials then go for it.

Finn's is probably the best irish pub in the university district. With the irish immigrant and the gallaway arms just up the road finns is a happy medium between the frat crowd and the professional drinkers. Offering sandwhiches and a variety of salads and good old fashioned drunk food finn's is a great and quiet place to have a quiet pub to have lunch and a pint. more crowded and lively at night with live music most weeks and great happy hours and karaoke.
