I just discovered this site and i think it is great. You can view an estimate value of your house. On top of that you can track of how the market value of your house is doing. It give you a graph and almost as a stock ticket view. On top of that you can see all the house value in your area or any area you want. Highly recommend going to this site and checking it out.

Good local food!
If you are at Pike Place need a lunch spot or a good casual dinner i would recommend this place. The service is good and the food is prepared well. There always seems to be a wait even for lunch...

I have walked by this place so many times and never thought to try it out. But last night we did. It was great. The decor isn't the best but the food was really good. They have a small menu and the portions are very good sized so you don't feel like you roll out of the restaurant. They server only beer and wine and their wine selection is great. They make their own pasta and served al dente. I had their spinach salad as their appetizer which was great and then I had a past dish with duck and it was really good. I highly recommend this little place.
