While the San Diego Zoo was nice, it was not as great as I expected. The bus tour around the park is ok, but you can’t always see what they’re showing you. The exhibition shows are quite good but you might have to walk a long way up a steep hill to get some places. Use the moving sidewalks when available.

They have some unique exhibits and if you can attend one of their early morning events, they are really interesting. Not too big but you get to see enough without tiring yourself out.

I’ve had the oil changed twice and they were always speedy and washed my car afterwards. They didn’t vacuum it out, though. They have a shuttle service which can be slow but there’s a bus stop nearby.

They have the typical selection of hair products for sale and a small waiting area up front. The prices are a little bit high for just a hair cut but I feel more comfortable than at a discount place.

The prices are a little high but if you find a nice stylist, they may knock off a few bucks. Never tried the spa services but many women do. They give you complimentary sodas or tea while you wait.

Camille The Day Spa is conveniently located on State Street just North of the major shopping areas. It is located downstairs so there is lots of room. They have an assortment of spa services as well as stylists. The highlights I got were faint and cost nearly $100. Too much considering no one noticed I got them. The massage was nice but overpriced, plus they raised the rates recently.
