The San Antonio zoo is a wonderful place to spend the day with your family. They have a great selection of wild animals from all over the world. The landscaping is nice and taking a leisurely walk around the zoo on a mild day is a very pleasant experience (if you don’t mind the smell!).

Monterey Bay Aquarium is one of the best aquariums I’ve been to. It’s not the largest in the country, but it ranks up there because of quality. They have touch tanks where you can feel sting rays as they swim by. The sea otter show is great. Overall, a wonderful experience for both kids and adults.
