The smaller Pho Bac sits as a stand-alone building at the corner of the Jackson-14th Ave-Rainer intersection (not the larger Pho Bac Restaurant). It offers Pho and nothing but! Cheap bowls of Pho are served up fast and fresh with the traditional "trimmings" of bean sprouts, basil, jalapenos, and lime - add in some hoison sauce and siracha and you're set for the perfect cure for a rainy Seattle day.
