Good service and quality. We have hired them before we moved in to our next house. They do a deep cleaning, so you need to wait a day to dry out. One of their representative came to our house and give us a quote for free. We are very happy with their job and we will ask them again next time. In the past, we have tried a chemical cleaning, but we did not satisfy with it.

While I visited the store on a Thursday, I saw people wondering around with no one bothering to ask if any assistance was needed. Additionally, two people in addition to myself, left the store after being left just to wonder around. The phone was ringing off the hook.

More
One day I was working on a craft project in my living room that involved a drill. As careful as I was, I drilled into my carpet and ended up winding up a 3 inch x 3 inch square of carpet around the drill bit - essentially gouging a huge hole in my carpet.
Oh NO!!
After some extensive searching, I found a very unique, but very cool service called "John's Carpet Repair".
This guy (John) came out and transplanted a square of carpet from the closet to the square in the middle of the living room.
A very skilled operation, John carefully but quickly and skillfully mended in a new piece of carpet. Within a week, the color difference was indetectable and the "gotcha" was gone.
I couldn't find anyone else who could do this - so if you ever screw your carpet up, you gotta call John.
This repair took him about 30 minutes and about $70 - well worth it. Amazing!

purchased carpet from this company and opted for the higher end line they had. within a week carpet began to bubble and would break off from the edges. after multipe attempts to repair the carpet, carpet to go finally tore it all out and installed a new carpet. what do you know, same thing happens again and their solutions is to try and re-strech, again. doesn't work. 6 months or more later and i have crappy carpet that is lifting and bubbling everywhere. at this point carpet to go and the owner, gary long, wouldn't help because they felt they did enough and i had to call the manufacturer myself to fix the situation. when it was all said and done i was left with an additional 1,000 out of pocket for misc. expenses and to remove the carpet which they wouldn't do. do yourself a favor and don't fall victim to the cheap prices - here you really do get what you pay for...cheap products and poor customer service.

First we got tiles then we got wood then we got marble, and then we got tiles again, and I went to these guys both times we got tiles. The tiles looked great, they were affordable, and they were very nice enough to install it at no fee. The tiles were able to last about 10 years now.

My sister used these guys. Her experience: happy with the crew, the process, the cost and the outcome. From my perspective (5'2" haha) her floors look really, really great - they did a great deal of repairs and the finish is very even from room to room.

If you're interested in high-quality, hand-knotted wool and silk rugs - whether antique or modern -- and don't want to pay the premium for downtown real estate andfancy showrooms, you should absolutely pay a visit to Oasis, located at the intersection of Ravenna an University Way.
The owner is a very knowledgeable and very patient collector, who's happy to share his knowledge and walk though his inventory no matter what price range you're looking in (I've been known to shop his "threadbare" pile, which has some great bargains in it if you don't mind the broken-in look).

I bought some beautiful porcelain tile here for my house. The prices were great--only $2.99/foot. The only bad thing is that some of their tile is from Italy--and you cannot necessarily order it. Or, you could order it, but it may take a very long time for it to get to the store.
Therefore, if you see something you like, and they have it in stock, you should just buy it right then.
It can be a bit intimidating to walk in. Sometimes someone will greet you and assist you. Sometimes, you can wander around and no one will acknowledge you. But, if you ask for help, someone will certainly help you.
Upstairs there is stone, granite, slate, etc. If you need some tile, this is a good place to check out.
