If you want to feel like a patient comes first, go here. Dr. Kathleen Graunke with Greenlake Primary Care is very caring and accessible. She listens to our concerns and kids are comfortable around her. She often follows-up with her patients just to see how they are doing. The staff are professional and courteous. They work around my schedule and make appointments at my convenience. For billing, I would suggest paying by check, credit card is a bit hokey right now with their new system. The office is on the northeast side of Greenlake by Taco Guaymas and a block from Peet's coffee. They have a parking lot. I often take the kids to the playground or library at Greenlake afterward.
