I use to go here a lot when I was under 21 to go bowling and hang out with friends but its is always busy on Fridays and weekends. There are a lot of places that are better like Kenmore and Skyway. If you prefer to wait instead of actually bowling, you should come here but other wise do not. The drinks at Skyway and Kenmore are also cheaper and if you want to gamble there are casinos in those two also. Oh yeah...Very expensive

This is a fun place to have a pool or a bowling party. It used to be an old garage. It has even more appeal, now that there is no longer any smoking. They serve food and beverages - good beer and drinks - right at your pool table or bowling lane. They also have a restaurant seating area. The menu is pretty good, with pizza and burgers. They serve a heaping plate of good french fries. There are four bowling lanes downstairs, and numerous pool tables (the real ones!) upstairs.

I went here last week and I was suprised by how run down this place was. Seemed like a dangerous place seeing so many police around and uptight staff. I was very uncomfortable bowling at the bowling alley. Lots of foul language coming from a lot of teens and made the atmosphere very bad. good place for teens to hang out, not for me.

I always I have a great time bowling at West Seattle Bowl. They have recently remodeled the whole facility and it's very nice. Everything is set up to be family friendly which is important to me since I'm usually toting around at least 2 children. The bumpers on the lanes can be lowered or raised depending on who is bowling which is a plus. That way mom and kids can bowl at the same time with a minimum of hassle.

One of the non-profit groups I am part of rented out Spin Alley Bowling Center recently (Shoreline). You can find all of their information at http://spinalley.com/CoFunctns.htm They were very easy to work with, and had no problem letting us have access to the entire venue for 3 hours on a Saturday night. It was well spread out, with more than enough seating for both the bowling fans and anti-bowling people among us. Even better, as most places charge a lot for this, the Mexican restaurant next door provided a bartender free of charge, and they had the full selection of alcohol available. The place worked very well for being both kid and adult friendly; I'd definitely recommend it.
