This bookstore is centrally located in Fremont and has a great selection of books. It's not huge but they will order something for you if you can't find it. It's fun to browse and the employees let you take your time. The window shopping is great too because they always have an interesting selection of books in the window!

This bookstore has many current events books specializing in leftists opinion. They do also carry a range of books in other subjects as well. This bookstore often has clever left leaning bumper stickers for sale and gives discounts to those who know the quote of the day. The fiction and children's section here are okay. This is a good place to stop in with the family. If you are looking for a lot of choice this is not the place for you-go to the University Bookstore instead.

Tucked into a space with plenty of nooks and crannies, Fremont Place Book feels like it’s one of the last relics of ‘old’ (pre-intensive-development) Fremont. That said, they highlight a great mix of the urban and urbane, offer passionate advice (when asked, of course), and display things in such a way that one could linger for hours – a hallmark of a good bookstore.

This bookstore is on the small side, but it has a good selection, especially of children’s books. Their prices are decent and the service is the standard. It’s a good place, and a nice one to support so that the big stores don’t take over the world. Stop by if you’re shopping in the area. It’s worth the time.

Fremont Place bookstore is a book lover's bookstore. The staff have on several occasions found me a book with little more to go on that a vague description of the contents.
If you live or work in Fremont and you buy books on Amazon because it is supremely convenient, I suggest you try Fremont Place Book Co for a change sometime. A local bookstore offers some unique pleasures, such as buying a new novel from someone who loved reading it and knows you have a treat in store.
This is a small bookstore but with a great selection of books and a knowledgeable, friendly staff.
