I found Dr. Wong through this site, and he is terrific! He was very patient, explained everything, answered all my questions and didn't hurry anything. I got to try a "mono-lens" contact for a week +, and then another prescription just to get the perfect fit and one I was comfortable wearing. I don't even notice it's there! No more reading glasses and no lasix!!!!! A true professional! Thank you, Dr. Wong!

Beware of Dr. Nakanishi! He is a terrible dentist. I had perfect teeth
(no cavaties, beautiful white, etc). I went in for a routine cleaning and
Dr. Nakanishi mistakenly chipped my front tooth. Then he denied any
wrong doing.
Protect your smile and stay away from this amateur - go for a
professional dentist (Dr. Werner in Kirkland/Bellevue is great).
He is working on fixing the damage the Dr. Nakanishi has done.

My Father uses Oxigen as needed, I notice the big tank was empty , I called Apria and they said that the records showed that the tank was filled two days before and every two weeks before that, what a surprise I had, being my father's caregiver I have no seen the employee from apria every two weeks only once a month! and no paying much attention to what I said the guy on the phone said he will send somebody on the same day , well nobody came to fill the tank I call the next morning to please send somebody to fill the tank so I can take my father to his doctor's appt.and they did, I asked to talk to the manager and explain the problem ,the lady on the phone took my name and phone number telling me that the manager will return my call in 24 hrs. well it has been a week and still waiting for the manager to call me back. Of course their records show that the driver comes on time every two weeks and fills the tank , so they can charge for the services. Please check on your own services from this company ask for records, specially if you have your aged parents using these services,make sure they are getting what they have been charging.

I used to take our dog and cats to this place, but I will never go back now. Our dog was having problems with her bladder, major problems. We had been in to see the vet 4 times to address this problem with our poor dog. They kept giving her an antibiotic and telling us she'd be fine, she just had some protein in her urine. Well it got to the point where our dog had to be rushed to the emergency animal hospital in issaquah in the middle of the night, because she was peeing blood. When we got there they did an x-ray and found out she had 4 HUGE kidney stones, that they said had probably been developing for months. They asked why we hadn't been to the vet earlier, and we said we had. So we call Redmond Vet, to find out that our doctor had mixed up our file with someone else and had been treating our dog for something she didn't have. Our poor dog was made to suffer in pain for months because of the irresponsibilty of this office. We will never go back there and I suggest you don't either.

Dr. Bryan Roos has 2 offices- one in Redmond and one in Bellevue. Both are the model of efficiency. Their staff from receptionist to hygienists to Dr. Roos himself take 10 extra steps to help you and make your visit easier.
They provide "good patient" incentives for their patients such as ticket give aways and raffles. The office continually runs on time. Their billing staff is on top of things and does everything to make sure you understand your coverage and financial responsibilities.
Dr. Roos has great patient care and really seems to connect with his patients. He explains the procedure and makes sure that the parent and patient both understand.
Definitely an A+ in our book.

I've seen Dr Lawes a few times. She is patient and tries to explain things to me clearly. Some other general practitioners I visited in the past were just interested in rushing me out of the door. At least Dr Lawes cares to explain things I don't understand.
She is also in until 7:30pm for some weekdays. This is convenient for folks who work late.

Dr Crinzi is nice and patient, he makes you feel less nervous for my tooth extraction. His skills are good and my recovery time is short. He calls me a couple times after my operation to follow up on my progress, which I appreciate. He and his staff does care for every patient. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs an oral surgery.

I can't say enough good things about the Animal Healing Center. Dr. Siegler has a way with cats you don't see in most vets--I've found most to be 'dog people'. He has a soft spot for shelters, and genuinely cares about your pet's health. He carefully explained why our cat was overweight, and what we could do to help her be healthier, as well as what the repercussions might be if we did not switch to healthier pet food. He also prescribed homeopathic remedies before a lot of expensive drugs, which I appreciated.
Give the Animal Healing Center a chance if you're tired of brusque vets who recommend services that line their pocket rather than helping your pet.
