This CompUSA in Mountlake Terrace is a Superstore only for its super size. It has a huge selection but finding knowledgeable help is sometimes a challenge. I can understand that a little in a store so large. After all just because someone is in sales doesn't mean he knows everything. But it would be nice to get a little bit better customer service when you are thinking about buying something that cost more than what most pay for groceries.

I've ordered 5 pairs of shoes from them in the last 2 years. Most recently I ordered 3 pairs. 1 was not available after all and the order was cancelled and the packing slip just said it was cancelled at my request. When I contacted them via email to find out why it said that when I didn't cancel it I got a reply within 1 hour including a listing of alternate shoes, since the ones I'd ordered were actually out of stock in my size.
One of the other 2 pairs arrived and appeared fine until I'd worn them for a day, when it became apparent the footbed had a problem. When I asked what my options were via email again, I was immediately sent a return slip without any problems about the fact I'd worn the shoes outside.
I have a new shoe store, sorry Nordstrom.

I love Red Garnet and I am glad that this little 'gem' is located so nearby me. They have a good, interesting selection for such a small space and the staff is extremely helpful (and nice:).
I keep forgetting that I have a gift certificate for there that I need to use>.<
Another nice thing about the Red Garnet staff...when they are out of something or they know you are on the lookout for something specific that they don't have in stock, they will put you on a call list...many, many places will do this...the hitch? They don't usually call you back...well, Red Garnet DOES!

I like Bartell's good reputation for prescriptions and their "small company" feeling, however, this particular location is not as good as other Bartells. They have ridiculous hours. They close at 9 pm every night and they don't open early enough on Sunday mornings. I need a pharmacy with better hours. It is tough to get there by 9 pm and what if I needed something at 11 pm? I also find that I have to wait in line frequently at the pharmacy.
