I love this place and go to their salon in Pioneer Square or Mercer Island. You can get great cuts and color from their proteges at a very low price OR you can get the services from their master stylists. Anyway, I've been going to them for cuts, colors and occasional foils for 2 years, and have always been pleased.

From the first time that I had my hair cut here, I've noticed that the atmosphere was very relaxed. The staff is extremely friendly and I've found myself in the middle of several conversations on more than one occasion! I'm extremely picky about my haircuts and especially the barber and the Islander Barbershop has delivered every time!

If you are looking for a massage therapist I can't recommend Auryel at Club Emerald enough. I've had many massages and she is by far the best masseuse I have seen. She's also teaches a great yoga class!

There is an AWESOME new salon for kids that has just opened on Mercer Island. It is so kid friendly. It is right off the 77th exit, very easy to find and lots of parking. They thought of everything....lots of things to occupy siblings, prizes, cute gifty items firendly staff and lots of hair accessories. I will definitely go back with my three girls.
