They sell a wide range of comic books here, old and new, as well as collectible card games like magic the gathering. Their prices vary, as most comic stores do as they do need to make money, so they charge a bit more than they should for their magic cards, the comics are about the going the rate, and the small amount of miniatures they have were a bit pricey, but the store is mainly geared towards comics and thats where their fair prices are, tho if you cant find the collectible cards you want their prices aren't too bad but you can do better if you shop around for cards.

Reread books is a bookstore which sells used books at a pretty good discounted price, sometimes you can pick some oldies (but goodies) for a dollar! thats pretty good in my book! (no pun intended!) You should stop in ever week or two to see that new stuff they've purchased (still used) but they have a pretty large selection of books as it is! yes there are a lot of them that i wasn't interested in, but they still had a section of stuff i liked as well, and some fairly new books! (harry potters!) Prices are great if you don't mind used books!

I discovered this place when I stopped on a whim one day and I'm very glad I did! They have a nice, well stocked store of educational toys and books. It is a teacher supply store, so the items they carry are great quality and everything is educational - from the art projects to the games. They have some exceptional games, that kids as young as 3 can understand and play. This is also a great place to pick up a big tub of those foam shapes that kids love to use in their projects.

I generally like all Barnes and Noble stores. They are attractive, comfortable and inviting. Who wouldn't love overstuffed chairs strategically placed that actually *invite* you to sit down and get comfy with a book before you buy it? B&N has a great "bargain books" area - if you're in the market for some coffee table books, this is a good place to start the search. This location has a Starbucks inside and they don't frown upon you browsing the aisles with coffee in hand.
A cool bookstore - I love it!

More
It may be hard to find a parking spot near an entrance to the Mall but Borders Books is located on the outside with its own entrance. This is nice since you don't have to hunt it down by going into the Alderwood Mall. The store has a huge selection with two floors and they have a coffee shop inside. The salespeople are friendly and helpful, when you can find one. Prices are average for a large book store.

yeah same as Everett- nice deals on books and clearance, overpriced used dvds and not so friendly staff when selling back books. they act like theyre doing you a favor giving you 25 cents for some paperback. staff is arrogant usually. wont break up order prices, "we dont do that" they say. well start!
