Not much to this place but it is one of my favorite teriyaki restaurants. I've been going there for almost 10 years and I've only had the lunch special teriyaki for $4.25 - it's that good. If you are in Bothell this is a lunch time classic. Great service if you need a quick lunch
Located right downtown Bothell, it is easy to get to from 405 and also real close to UW Bothell and Cascadia.

Pen Thai, in my opinion, is one of the better Thai places East of Lake Washington, especially in the northeast neighborhoods. The food has always been excellent, and the scale of spiciness ensures that there's a spice level for everyone. If you like it hot, you can get it hot, but you can also get it with minimal spice.
Plus, I think they have the best Phad Ki Mao in the Seattle area. ^_^
The atmosphere is really great, too. It's clean and modern, with brushed copper and wooden beams. Very classy, but still casual. This business is a gem in downtown Bothell. Baskin-Robbins is just down the street, too, in case black rice pudding doesn't do it for you.

IMPORTANT NOTE! This was my first post, and I accidentally allowed the address to default to my home zip in Everett. Frida's is in Bothell, WA 98012.
Frida's is one of those wonderful hole-in-the-wall places that are somewhat hard to find but are worth the effort. A friend of mine read about it in an article in the Post-Intelligencer, and we decided to try it out. It's been one of my favourite Mexican restaurants ever since.
The decor is fun and funky, and prominently features prints of works by the famous Mexican artist, Frida Kahlo. The atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant, but I've never found it too noisy to carry on a conversation.
The food is always fresh, and it strikes me as very authentically Mexican. "Like Water of Chocolate" usually comes to mind as I'm browsing the menu, which is full of stories about Frida and her family.

Papa Johns is definitely the best large pizza chain in the country. They use the best ingredients, instead of horrible artificial substitutes and have a wide assortment of pizzas and sides to choose from. Online ordering is very easy with them as well, and they have speedy delivery. While not as delicious as the gourmet super expensive pizza places, it's still quite good and a good deal for the price you pay.

Chef Chen's Chinese Buffet is one of the best places I've every eaten in. It really close to my house which is really convenient. They many not have a lot of different types of food but they have the basics. From soups to sushi to great flavored chicken. And since i get 20% off of dinner coupons in the mail, it makes it a better price then it already is. The meals are all cooked to perfection and the service is somewhat better then average. With the specialty for me of getting all i can eat fortune cookies it makes the whole trip worth while. This is a very affordable buffet and i would recommend Chef Chen's for anyone willing to eat!

New China has a great lunch menu at a great price. The food is always tasty and my default restaurant for a quick and easy lunch. They have a large menu and each lunch dish comes with your choice of soda or egg roll. I think the dinner prices are too much, but it's definitely where to go for lunch.

A few girlfriends and I had lunch at Zinnia last week. I was so impressed with this restaurant. They had a lovely and extensive wine list, and the decor was airy and fresh. With tons of windows, the restaurant is very light and beautiful.
I had a Cesar salad which was delicious, and the Viogner we drank was a perfect accompaniment.
