My absolute favorite place for concerts in Boston! This venue is small enough to be intimate, but big enough to be comfortable. I have seen Cowboy Mouth, Jump Little Children and Edwin McCain perform here and have loved every second of it. Warning - if you are underage, they will mark your hands with huge black X's that will take up to a week to wash off!

The lines at Mike's are so long that you would think the whole town of Boston is waiting there and you also get the impression that it is the best place in the world to get a pastry. Now I will admit that I have not had many pastries from here but what I have had were sub-par. The cannoli's were runny and had a lemon flavor which was just wrong.

Not your typical pizza joint. Located on Charles Street, this place caters to the Beacon Hill crowd. The pizza is average - I am more a fan of Chicago-style deep dish pizza myself, but many people enjoy the thin, crumbly crust here. I did enjoy their calzones - I reccomende the chicken and feta cheese one. The salads are good as well - fresh and crunchy!

Absolutely excellent food! Brunch at the Paramount was one of the best breakfasts I've had in Boston! Warning: on a Sunday morning, we stood in line for 45 minutes, so make sure you have the time to wait The food is definitely worth the wait though - so far, I love the pancakes and the eggs, and I plan on going back again for the french toast!

Homeopathy is called "the miracle cure." I know it sounds cliched, but I have actually experienced a miracle from it. I went to see Kellie for a serious medical problem and within a few weeks. I was experiencing drastic changes and relief from her treatments. Kellie is GREAT - very smart and very kind. If you need help with health problems, give her a call. You will be glad that you did.

More
I first went to Crunch Fitness' (now bought out by Bally Totaly Fitness) Cardio Striptease class feeling very apprehensive, but by the end of the class, I was dancing up a storm. What better way to lose weight and get in shape than shedding clothing while you shed pounds? The class is taught by a professional dancer (ballet and jazz, not exotic) who choreographs fast-paced, sexy routines to current dance hits. By the end of the class, every member is sweating up a storm and is more than ready to tear off her shirt - even if it is not for an audience.

I come here on occasion for lunch, since it is near my office. In my opinion, I find the crepes to be quite expensive compared to other crepe places in and around Boston. The quality is good, and the service and atmosphere are nice - but the prices alway seem too high for me. It might have something to do with the fact that they are a chain...but I'm not sure.
